Europe or Thailand?
There are many reasons why someone would choose to live in a home in Thailand rather than a care home in Europe and we will point out our views below:
The price to stay in a home in Thailand is much cheaper to stay than a home in Europe and the service is better. The standard of service from the Thai people is outstanding and it is famous for being the land of smiles.
One of the big benefits is the sunshine, many elderly people move to Thailand and automatically over a short period of time start to feel younger and better and it’s because the better climate is so good for the majority of people, it can add years to your life.
Living an outdoor life here helps too! Many people spend their days here around the pool, sitting under a coconut tree having a cocktail, getting plenty of swimming and of course over time, the exercise makes you stronger. We feel many people leave this earth sadly before their time because their stuck in a rut at home. Why are they stuck in a rut? Because they can rarely get out due to the poor weather conditions we have to put up with in Europe.
The cost of living here in Thailand is MUCH less than in European countries.
With travel being made easier nowadays, it’s easy for your family to visit you. Thailand is a very easy destination to get to and your children can visit regularly. With the cost of flights nowadays cheaper than before, it makes a great holiday destination for your children too! You can be with your parents or loved ones in no time at all.
Many of Thailand’s hospitals are known for it’s high standards and advanced state of the art technology. It’s a great place to be if your sick. Many people come to Thailand especially to have hospital treatment here because of the good service and great doctors. It would be more or less impossible for many to have affordable PRIVATE health care in many European countries that match the high standards we have here in Thailand, and of course nowaiting lists! Even our dentist here have state of the art technology with prices as much as 70% cheaper here than many European countries.
Life is too short to be sitting around a fire in a rocking chair for the rest of your life. There has been people move to Thailand that are crippled with things like Arthritis and after a few months of living here, they began to feel better
again, even starting to play golf on a weekly basis! It’s been known for people to move here in a wheel chair and after a few months they were able to give the wheel chair away.
Thailand is not a third world country, in many ways it is a very modern country and has some of the world’s Best shopping Centres and some of the worlds finest hotels.
