OUR MISSION

Our aim is to create a resort for retirement but also for holidays and investment, to have a certain mix of people to create a sense of open community and avoid the usual ghetto feeling.

OUR OBJECTIVES

Our approach is to create a high quality resort for reasonable prices under SWISS management and ownership to guarantee all legal aspects. The region is actually booming and Chang Brewery is buying lots of land for development. Cham Am is still a charming place with mainly local people and not to compare with Pattaya or Phuket.

OUR CONCEPT

The resort provides a large range of services, infrastructures and activities and the location itself is placed within a short range of Golf Clubs, National Parks, Fishing and many other attractions.

The location is close to the Golf of Siam and all water-sports, to the village of Cha-Am and a 2 hours ride to Bangkok.

The Resort is planned for 100 units . The construction is planned in 3 phases to be finished within 4 years. The concept is to offer apartments from 50 sqm up to 250 sqm in a adapted Thai-style surrounded by lots of green and water. The apartments will be sold in lease hold 3 x 30 year or free hold.
